These are season long positions. You will ensure that swimmers make it to their events on time. We ask the tent parent to mark events on swimmers arms as they arrive and inform the coach if swimmers for relays have not checked in, so they can make needed changes to relays. If there is any meet you will not be able to attend, it is your responsibility to find coverage for that meet. Season long jobs include the divisional meet. This fulfills your entire volunteer commitment.
